2010年之前，我收入的大部分，被用于支付孩子上大学期间的费用。直至去年儿子北京大学毕业。并荣幸地被瑞士洛桑联邦理工大学全额奖学金录取。
我收入相对稳定，主要来源是：两处更名为儿子周凯名下的房产出租。即：一处门面房和一套商品房（我平时和父母同住，以便照顾年事已高的老人）。每季度都能按时收取出租房租金。
另外，还有前夫每月给予的1400元得赡养费 。

Before 2010, most of my income, be used to pay the expenses during children to college. Until last year son graduated from Peking University. And honoured by the Swiss federal institute of technology in lausanne in full scholarship admitted.
My income is relatively stable, main source in two renamed: housing rental in the name of the son Zhou-kai. Namely: one place appearance room and a set of commodity house (I live together with parents at ordinary times, so take care of old man). Each season to collect the rent on time.
In addition,my ex-husband for 1,400 yuan a month to alimony.

Personal Statement
Most of my earining has been used for my son's college tuition until my son graduated from Peking University and admitted by EPFL with full scholarship.
My steady income is from the rent of my son's two houses which are shopping room and apartment. I live with my old parents for takeing care of them. The rent can be recvied monthly on time.
In addition, I can get the alimony CNY 1,400 from my ex-husband every month.
