It is unpractical that people work and be loyal to only one company all his life. Reasonable talent flow can benefit the construction of a energetic team. However, collective resignation or job-hopping for unnecessary or helpless reason, for lack of loyality, or even for revenge, will tremendously jeopardize the enterprise. The most serious damage is the problem of production and management which is caused by the collective loss of managemen team. It is undeniable that collective resignation will bring terrible negative impact to the company and these impacts are huge and profound.
Our research is focus on the ponderance and profoundness of these impacts on the organisation caused by this kind of events. This paper will use some famous examples together with the previous study done by well-known experts to analyse these events for revealing the baneful influence, nature and reason of the collective resignation, then finding the preventive measures and coping strategy.

it is unrealistic for a person to only work for one company and be loyal to that one company for the whole of their life. reasonable flow of workers is good for building a company with a team full of energy. but leaving a company collectively for unnecessary or forced reasons, or lack of loyality, or even for revenge, will bring great harm to the company. and the biggest impact will be the loss to management team is likely to cause a decline in production or even halt in production. the negative impact brought to the company by groups of workers leaving is undeniable, these negative impacts are huge and long-term.
the aim of this research is to find out how severe and how long-term the impacts these kind of events have on the organisation. this document will use some famous examples together with research done by well-known experts to analyse these events; aiming to look at the negative impacts of workers collectively leaving the company, and to make clear the nature of workers leaving collectively, and the reason behind it. and in result find out the precautions and how to prevent these kind of events and also, how to counter them if these events do occur.

it is not realistic that a person works in one enterprise for a lifetime. reasonable flow of talent is better for enterprises to construct energetic team. but it does treat harm to enterprise that collective leaves his post with some unnecessary reason, lacking of integrity, even contain malicious revenge. among the harm, the most serious harm is the collective lacking of management team easy to cause the concussion of production even pause. it is no doubt that the collective lacking brings negative influence. the negative influence is great and far-reaching.
this research is based on such events which has great and far-reaching influence. this article take some famous events for examples and combine with some authority and scholars explore the phenomenon. it is aimed at to realize the negative influence caused by collective lacking and to clear the nature and reason of the event. sequentially to find the preventive measures and coping strategy.
