摘 要
布丁,英语pudding的音译。布丁是一种甜品,主要材料为鸡蛋。布丁总体分为两种:一种是蒸烤布丁,是指利用但本身的凝结力,经过隔水蒸或烤的方式让布丁凝结而成;一种是胶东布丁,是利用海藻胶,明胶或鱼胶来制作,制作完成后只需放冷藏即可凝结定型,不用烘烤。口感滑嫩爽口,入口即化。口味则是千变万化。这次的设计选择的是胶东布丁,选择这个品种的重要原因是它造型丰富多彩,式样繁多,可以在调整口味诶的同时,做更多的造型方面的改变。
