本文先分析写作动机缺失所导致的危害,并且对其进行原因的追溯。按照原因的一般分类,本文将写作动机的缺失分为主观原因和客观原因。主观原因是写作主体本身的原因,主要指心理方面的忽视、厌烦、畏惧心理。客观原因则包括本体以外的教师,课堂,父母方面。本文从这六点进行挖掘与探索,并从学生的实际出发,联系家庭、学校等写作环境,父母、老师等外在客体寻求激发小学生写作动机的途径。明确写作重要性,激发学生写作兴趣,树立写作信心从根本上改变学生“讨厌写作”,“害怕写作”等状况,更加以纠正教师教学理念,丰富写作课堂,改变家长观念的外在条件,使学生从“要我写”转变为“我要写”的理想状态。

The thesis focus on the writing purposes, analyzing the shortage and imperfection of pupils' writing motivation deeply, proposal the soultions and sugguestions to tacle with these situation according to the causes. Contacted with the equivlant theories and pupils' wiriting purposes closely and observing it when putting into practice.
In firstly, the article research on the damager from the shortage of writing purposes and track on its reasons as well. According to the general classifcation of these reasons, the wiriting puropses in this thesis can be divided into subjjective reasons and objective reasons. In fact, the subjective reasons is raised by article itself, which is neglection, annoying and frightened form psychology, whereas, the objective reasons including teachers, classes and parents. The thesis discuss and analyze it from six aspects, in addition, it alsofocus on researching the stimulations from the outside facts like teachers and parents which rely on students practice and associated with family and school enivronment. It is important for us to dinifite the importance of wirting , stimulating students interesting of wiriting, establishing the confidence, which can help us to change students wrong attitude like hate and afraid wirting in order to correct the teachers teaching ideas, riching the wiriting classes, changing the outside conditions of parents' ideas. It can really make students change theri attitude from "need to wirte" into " want to write" competely.

this article starts from the angle of writing motivation to discuss the harm of pupils' lacking writing motivation and its solution based on the analysis of the problem. Related theories and pupils' writing motivation are combined closely and the observation and research are based on practice.
this article will firstly analyze the harm caused by lacking writing motivation and the reason of it. Reasons are catagorised in objective and subjective ones.
