摘要:本文研究了硝酸活化活性炭对直接混纺黄D-3RNL的吸附性能,并且运用响应曲面优化法对实验进行了优化。探讨了染料初始浓度、吸附时间、吸附PH值、吸附温度等因素对脱色率的影响,然后对所得的结果进行比较,寻找活性炭对染料的最佳吸附脱色条件。本文首先比较了不同PH值下的吸附率,得出在PH等于2的情况下吸附率最大。在PH等于2的情况下,比较染料初始浓度为10mg/L~50mg/L、吸附时间为6h~26h、吸附温度为20℃~60℃、活性炭浓度为0.125g/25mL~0.625 g/25mL条件下硝酸活化活性炭对直接混纺黄D-3RNL的吸附率,得出最佳工艺参数为PH值等于2,吸附时间16h,吸附温度40℃,染料初始浓度30mg/L,活性炭浓度0.375g/25mL。此时硝酸活化活性炭对染料的吸附率为61.405%。
