Arbitration.
The Parties agree that any and all disputes, claims or controversies arising out of or relating to this Agreement that are not resolved by their mutual agreement shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the then existing American Arbitration Rules promulgated by the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be held in Washington D.C. and shall apply the substantive law of the Commonwealth of Virginia. The Arbitrators shall have authority to award the reasonable attorneys fees and costs to the prevailing party in the arbitration Should either party seek any injunctive relief with regard to this Agreement the parties agree to an exclusive grant of jurisdiction to the Circuit Court of Fairfax County, Virginia. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the Parties, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction over the parties.
