Any such release shall not contrary instruction from the presenter shall not constitute a failure on their part to hold the documents at the presenter in respect of any such release. A discrepancy fee of USD60.00 (Or its equivalent) will be deducted for each presentation of discrepant documents.

这是不符点处理条款，它是对UCP600第16条的补充（或叫否定），开证行在这里有权对拒付的单据在开证申请人表示接受或付款时把单据放给开证申请人而无责任（除非在此之前已从交单行处得到相反通知）。在处理不符点单据时开证行会收60美元或相等币值的不符点处理费。

尽管UCP600已有相关规定，如我行告知拒收交单人在本信用证项下提交的单据，则我行仍可保留接受开证申请人发出的不符点弃权声明书的权利，同时保留以我行接受该弃权声明书为前提，凭该弃权声明书而无需另行通知交单人即可放行单据的权利。但该项放单权利只限在放单之前我行未收到交单人发出的相反书面指示时行使。

若我行在收到相反的指示之前放单，不应构成我行为提交人保管单证的疏忽或失误，且我行对于此种放单行为不对交单人承担任何责任。

每提交一次不符单据将扣除60.00美元（或等额）的不符点费。

依据UCP600，如果开证行通知对信用证项下递交的单据有不符点，开证行有权接受不符点，如果在放单之前没有从受益人那得到任何书面的指示，在这种没有相反指示的情况下的放单不构成违法600中不符点单据听候受益人指示的规则

不符点费用是每次递交有不符点单据将扣除60美金
