小学生学习动机激发策略探讨

摘要：学生的学习是个体活动的过程，在这一过程中学生的学习积极性的高低与学习动机有 着密切的联系。基于小学生学习动机具有不自觉、不稳定性等因素的影响，小学生学 习动机的激发需要多方面的配合与努力。课堂教学模式的改革，学校校本资源的开发 与利用，丰富多彩的德育活动都会对小学生学习动机的激发起到积极的推动作用。另 外，家校合作也有利于小学生学习动机的激发。

Abstract: the students' learning is the process of individual activities, in this process the discretion of students' learning initiative with learning motivation has a close relation. Classroom teaching mode reform, school school-based resources exploitation and utilization, rich and colorful moral education activity can treat pupils learning motive waken play a positive role in promoting this. Abstract : Learning is an individual process, in which the activity of learning is closely linked with motivation. Due to the fact that students in primary school are passive in their learning process, multilevel of cooperation and efforts are required. Among the most effective motivation approaches are reform of the class, optimization of the school resources and colorful moral education class activities. In addition, cooperation between parents and school plays an important role in this process as well.
