I spend most of my time studying.I hardly talk to my classmates. Sometimes i don`t care much about others , but i do want talk. I just don`t konw what to talk about and how to begin a conversation.
I feel so lonely. How i wish i had a good friend ! Could you give me some advice?

Believe in yourself: your biggest problem is a lack of self-confidence. Smile at your classmates so that they see how friendly you are. It might be hard to reach out to everybody, so start with one person first. Pick someone whose personality or interests are similar to your own. The two of you could talk about the things you have in common. What do you like to do? Is there anyone you could do it with?
