Last week our class held a discussion on "whether remedial classes do good to us." 52% of all students thought that remedial classes cultivate our interest in studies, increase our amount of knowledge and promote our scores. However, the left 48% believed that remedial classes add extra burden to students, reduce time for entertainment and relaxation. In my opinion, i agree with the latter point. Students should develop according to their own will and wishes. Too much classes hinder rather than help their alll-around development. Interest is the best teacher for students, therefore, after class students should be allowed to do whatever they are interested in instead of doing a lot of homework. Parents and teachers should pay too much attention on students' studies as well. Too much expectation will also exert heavy burden on students' life. So, please cut remedial classes, so that students will have a good time in summer!
