本文在对珠海中实房产开发有限公司人力资源管理现状分析的基础上,指出中小企业人力资源管理存在的问题;以及提出解决问题的对策。目前我国大多数中小企业人力资源管理机构设置不专业,职能不清,兼任不相关的管理职能过多;人员配备素质不高,专业知识不扎实,普遍按照“静态”的、以“事”为中心的传统人事管理模式进行操作。管理制度不完善,管理人员观念不转变。根据企业人力资源管理部门存在的问题,应从企业现状着手,建立和完善机构设置,配备高素质人才,制定合理的人力资源管理制度,制定一整套人力资源管理部门执行计划。

In this paper, which based on the analysis of human resources management status in Zhuhai ZhongShi Property Development Company .It point out the human resources management issues; and to propose measures to address those problems. At present the majority of Chinese Most of the SMEs have not set the professional bodies of human resources management, or made the functions clearly, taken a lot of works which not related to the excessive management ;haven’t staffed quality, haven’t got the professional capability , broadly based on "static", "matter" as the center of their traditional personnel management mode operation. They haven’t got a perfect management system, they haven’t change their concepts of management either. According to the problems which human resources management departments exist, the problems should be solved by the present status, establish and improve of Structure of the agencies, equipped with high-quality human resources and creating a sound human resources management system, developed a set of complete human resources management implementation plan.
