Find the equation（方程） of a line with each of the following characteristics.
1.parallel（平行） to the line y = 3x + 5 and has a y-intercept（y截距） of -1
2.perpendicular（垂直） to the line y = 1⁄3x + 4 and has an x-intercept（x截距） of 2.

1.y=3x-1

parallel => slope=3
y=3x+c
substitute x=0, y=-1 into above equation => c=-1

2.y=-3x+6

perpendicular => slope*1/3=-1 => slope=-3
y=-3x+c
substitute y=0, x=2 into above equation => c=6

1.y=3x-1
2.y=-3x+6
