怎么听bbc 练听力

我准备听BBC来练听力,
是边听边看广播稿这么练的么?
广播稿看不明白啊.....

可以去putclub，可以先听VOA，那个比较慢速，边听边写新闻，听几遍后与putclub的翻译对下

第一次听的时候，几个月前吧，听一篇5分钟的，每天听20遍，一共听了大概一百遍，全神贯注的那种听哦，然后才算每一个词都听懂了，现在还在坚持中，大概听5遍能90%听懂了
前两天不要看广播稿，后两天稍微看一看 ，把生词记下来就可以了 ，偶尔回头看一看记过的生词，复习
现在看英文电影几乎不怎么看字幕了，反而觉得字幕扰乱看电影的听力，前几天看了个没字幕的，感觉还更好
