地勘行业的职工由于工作的需要常年生活在野外,远离城市和亲人,心理难免出现这样或者那样的问题,这些心理问题如不及获悉馈和解决,势必会对人的身心健康造成危害,造成心理异常、心理疾病。
产生心理问题的原因主要是职工的心理状况得不到及时准确的反馈,也就是说很多人不知道自己存在心理问题。某些机构虽然有些心理测试的系统,但是由于抽取测试试题的方法效率偏低,抽取出的心理测试试卷针对性不够强,因此往往会出现“千人一卷”的现象,使调查的第一手资料缺乏真实性和针对性,使职工心理问题的判断和治疗不能做到对症下药、量体裁衣。
本论文中的职工心理测试系统以用户为主线,按照用户的使用功能进行划分为四大模块,分别是:数据库模块、在线组卷模块、心理测试模块和测评模块。
本文重点介绍基于遗传算法自动组卷过程的实现。在对国内外大量相关文献分析研究的基础上,介绍了目前比较常见的组卷技术,分析了常用组卷算法中存在的缺点,并着重对基于遗传算法的自动组卷技术进行了研究和改进。论文还详细分析了试卷的评价指标和成卷约束条件之间的关系,建立了自动组卷的数学模型。并结合测试和测评引擎实现了一个职工心理测试系统。最后对本文的工作进行了总结和展望。
