Describe a situation where you have adopted/initiated new approaches ----IT was the situation where i longed for a preety girl,but she seemed not to care me ,so i steped forward and kneed down before her,and cried so hard!you know ,I had never done it like that!it was my first time!finally she accepted me!^_^

Describe the most complex plan you have developed involving many resources, and what you have done to achieve your goal. =IT was to creat a kind of metal named come-into-life metal which can made the dead come to life again! i should collect mine ,dioxid,water,light,and wood mixed togethe to shape it.Finally,I created it ,but it has no use,however,i had tried my best,and it also was my first attemp!

Tell me about a time when you had to make a tough or critical or difficult decision. What was the situation? How the decision was made? =It was the time i was accepted by changchun university,I had choosed English as my major,but i failed,after all ,I was accepted with chinese being my major,to be true, I don't like it,but what should I do ,then?for I din't wanna study in high school,if I had gone changchun,I would study chinese,that's really a difficult choice!but,finally,I give in,I went to changchun.because I din't wanna study the same knowledge in the same bothered school after all,and I also thinked of that it would be more competitive in the market four years later!

Tell me about a time when your input motivated others to reach a team goal?=it was the time we three persons went to take part in a 3vs3 basketball competition,you should know ,we were small and not so tall,but our competitors were so strong and tall ,we were loosed at the first sight of them.but I said to the other two "never give up,only if we are not behind them too much and we try our best ,we also win! ",so we fighted!To be surprised, we really won in the end!You could see that we really fighted with our full efforts !
