Abstract: this paper discussed the protein amino acid composition problem. First, this paper gives the model hypothesizes, given the molecular weight of a protein amino acids. The article presented the general multivariate linear equation model test results show that when X = 1000, solution for 28268 a number, and the actual proteins in the molecular weight of more than 5,000 are, so this paper generally model joined the supplementary information and constraints, gives the model ABCD, considering several not own a computer, strengthen the supplementary information and constraints, E and F models are presented. This paper descusses the amino acid composition of protien. First, the
paper gives a model assumption, presenting the amino acid composition
of some protein with given molecular weights. The paper gives a general
multivariant linear equation model, whose testing results indicate that
when x = 1000, the number of solutions is 28268 while the molecular
weights of actual proteins are all over 5000. Therefore, this paper adds
supplementary information and constraint conditions to the general
model so as to generate model A, B, C and D. Considering some cases without computers,
adding supplementary information and constraint conditions to produce
model E and F. The paper also takes one or more groups of data for testing and
analyzes their results.
