为什么选A不选D？

缘聚当中 mass-produced 是过去分词做后置定语, 翻译成 "被大量生产的 (前面名词 也就是objects)", 所以才有了 by the factories of the industrial revoluation这个by 结构, 被动 by sth嘛, 所以全顺起来翻译应该是 "被工业革命的工厂所大量生产的物品". 也就是说 这个by sth是紧跟在这个过去分词后 一起表被动的.
如果选D, mass-produced在前面直接做形容词了, "大量生产的统一物件", 那么后面的 by sth做什么成分呢?

而且, 句意上, 这一运动 反对的应该是 "产品的统一性", 而不是"统一的产品".
