伴随着经济全球化的发展,国家大力推进经济社会建设进程,企业的发展已然不是单一的模式,而是朝着多元化的方向发展。面对国内外经济发展浪潮的冲刷,我国企业应该更加了解自身的存在价值,明晰企业发展所需要的必要建设,企业的最有价值的资本是有能力又有发展潜力的员工,而员工激励是企业发展永恒的话题。有没有一套行之有效的员工激励机制,以充分调动员工的积极性、有效地挖掘员工的潜力,是企业能否健康合理发展的重要指标之一。因此,建立完善的员工激励机制是我国企业发展的重要目标。
本文从激励理论,企业员工激励机制的基本概念出发,结合五叶神集团员工激励机制现状的调查与分析,通过与国内外同类型企业的员工激励机制的比较,找出其中的不足之处,针对如何改进五叶神集团的员工激励机制提出相应的对策建议。
