时态、语法方面有什么问题？

你这样说很好啊 （这里是你本来不在北京，这次是去北京出差或度假）

During the period when I return to Beijing...这个意思是当我回到北京的时候，说明你本来就住在北京。。

during一般表示在一段期间内，后面一般接时间，如vacation,等等。而你接的是地方，不精准吧，改用in.
