有较丰富的人事工作实践经验,从事星级酒店或高尔夫球会等服务行业的人力资源管理工作3年以上。
1、根据国家劳动人事法律和政策,结合酒店发展目标,制定游艇会人事管理规章制度和实施细则。
2、在总经理领导下制定、控制酒店各部门的定岗、定编、定员工作。
3、在总经理领导下统一管理和调整员工劳动合同及工资工作。
4、协调各部门之间劳动力的调配工作。
5、负责制定员工招聘计划及审批工作,指导、组织酒店员工培训工作。
6、全面负责酒店员工及管理人员的培训工作。
7、制定酒店年度培训计划及经费预算,并控制预算费用的支出。
8、监督酒店各部门员工执行《员工手册》各项规定,确保劳动纪律正常有序;处理员工投诉。
9、根据酒店经营管理规定和方针,结合客人和服务中存在的问题,设立检查项目和计划。
10、制定并修改完善酒店激励员工的具体政策;组织员工各类活动等。
11、处理与政府劳动部门的相关事务。
12、提高酒店服务质量管理,开展服务质量检查。
13、完成上级交办的其他工作。
