5.了解销售人员日常的销售成果和销售人员的动态,及时对销售重点进行调整分析客户需求,保持与客户有良好关系,寻求机会发展新的业务;
6.了解公司每月的销售情况并根据当月的销售业绩情况安排下月的工作重点,调整工作方法。
