RBC: 1-2 /hpf;
WBC/Pus cells: occassional;
Epithelial Cells: Nil;

其他化验结果不在正常范围的
free/total PSA ratio: 0.2600; (more than 0.23-suggestive of benign prostatic hyperplasia; Less than 0.06- Suggestive of malignancy)
Glucose-serum/plasma(fasting) 114 mg/dl; （Non diabetic:<=110; impaired fasting glucose: 111~125; Diabetic:>=126)
Uric Acid -Serum 7.6mg/dl (healthy adults: 3.5~7.2)

B超
Obervation:
Kidneys: Both kidney are normal in size and echotexture and show good cortical thickness. The corticomedullary differentiation is well seen. Right kidney measure:11.2*5.07cm left kidney measures:12*5.3 cm, No evidence of calculi or calyceal dilatation.The pelvis and proximal ureters are not dilated. The perinephric spaces are clear.
Urinary Bladder: Is adequately distended. No evidence of focal lesions/calculi within.
Prostate: Is normal in size and echotexture. No evidence of focal lesions. Specks of calcification on the left. It measures 13.7cc.
Impression
No obvious sonographic abnormality is detected.
