信用证上的两条条款帮忙翻译下，急

1。Applicant informs us that the insurance will be covered by himself。
2。Documents for all deliveries ' free of charge', such as for spare units and /or spare parts and /or additional packaging materials etc. Are acceptable.
In the event of documents being presented to us containing discrepancies ,we will charge a discrepancy fee of Eur150,00 (or the equivalent in foreign currency) for beneficiaries account as well as additional swift expenses, if any.
A transfer of this letter of credit may only be effected by the advising bank.
