通过大量的文献资料总结了目前我国酒店业成本管理的现状，并分析了实施精细化管理的必要性。结合目前酒店成本管理的特点，总结出酒店精细化管理的实施措施，指出酒店精细化管理应遵守实事求是，以人为本，坚持创新等原则。构建以成本管理基础的精细化管理系统，并对系统的实施方式分析说明, 为成本管理实行精细化提供了全新的思路和操作方向。
