First of all, the unlimited provision of labor has resulted in the low price of labor and caused the pay of migrant peasant-workers to remain at a relative low level. Secondly, these peasant-workers do no enjoy the same social security and welfare as city workers and this has thereby further lowered the overall price level of these areas. Thirdly, migrant peasant-worker are for the most part the backbone of the countryside who are young, capable and educated.
