5. Electrical test
8.0. All boards must be 100% electrically tested for open and shorts at 10 Volts.
8.1. Apply test stamp in an area clear of stick and parts ov solder side of PCB.
8.2. Contimuity Test. Continity resistance threshold shall be less than 10 ohmms. Use test corrent of 10 mA or less, test open circuit voltage less than 10V.
8.3. Isolation Resistance Test. Greater than 10 Mohm between any unconnected net. Use test voltage less than 100V DC.
6. Packing
9.0. There shall be a maximum of 25 units/panel per package.
9.1. Sealed and package so as to prevent damage and contamination during handling, shipping and storage.
7. Inspection
12.0 Automatic optical inspection of all loyers required.
8. Markings
13.0 Fab will be permanently marked or etched with Manufacturer’s logo, date of Fab manufacture and UL 94V-0 rating.
9. Data Verification 14.0 Vendor will do a netlist to Gerber compare with the supplied IPC-356D file prior to releasing to manufacturing. If discrepancies are found written permission must be obtained prior to proceeding.
