摘要
历来有关嵇康人格精神方面的研究已颇具成就，特别是对嵇康思想内涵、嵇康之死的特殊意义等方面的探究。但笔者发现，嵇康临刑前留给儿子的诫子书——《家诫》对嵇康人格精神研究来说也是重要的文献，但目前却尚未被深究。因此本文立足于《家诫》本身，通过剖析“守志”与“慎言慎行”这两大块内容与嵇康生平事迹、个性特点及作品思想的联系来展开思路，并将这两部分内容融入到嵇康人格精神的内部存在，探析他性格中的复杂性和丰富性，深掘其理想境界与现实的矛盾，从而揭示出他守志的真性情、内静外燥的人格美以及其个性张力，并以此彰显独立人格的无限生命力。
