Please see below for the various payment terms:

1. Transferable DLC, Issued or Confirmed by a prime bank payable at sight at loading port.

2. Payment at discharge port is STRICTLY by BG or SBLC.

3. Deferred payment 30 up to 90 days is STRICTLY by BG or SBLC.

The above #2 & #3 facilities are of course not free services and come
at a premium USD 10 Per ton.

POP edorsed by Brazilian Chamber of Commerce for the above is STRICTLY by MT799 on bank to bank basis.

BCL will also be OK, but the buyer needs to confirm with us first.

If POP is not required then the following procedure will secure a
contract and a delivery:

PROCEDURES

1. End Buyer issues LOI /ICPO Buyer and seller sign contract

2. Buyer issues NON OPERATIVE DLC, BG or SBLC depending on what
option is adopted.

3. Seller issues 2% PBG and activates DLC, BG or SBLC

4. Delivery as per contract

For any quote for the above please obtain at least an LOI from the
ACTUAL buyer and no one else. We will quote according to each case
scenario. We are happy to sell on annual contract basis as well
SPOTS with a minimum quantity of 12500Mt.

1。可转让的DLC,发行或证实,由主要银行即期装运港。

2。付款卸货港是严格按照BG或SBLC。

3。延期付款30到90天是严格按照BG或SBLC。

上述2号和3号设施是当然不是免费的服务而来

流行edorsed由巴西商会以上是严格按照MT799在银行对银行的基础。
