Nowadays it is difficult for us to find a satisfactory job, since the competivity in job market is more fierce than before. And the requirements for workers are much higher than ever.

In order to get a good job, i have some suggestions here. First, i think we should receive education as high as possible. Only knowledge can help us become more competitive than others. Second, we should learn to practice. As experience no less important than knowledge, we should pay attention to our practising ability. What's more, a positive and optimistical attitude can help us become more attractive, which is also important to a job interview.

I think if you follow the suggestions above i mentioned, you will get a satisfactory job sooner or later.
