泛指一个用one,泛指几个用ones
特指一个用the one,特指几个用the ones
在指代可数名词单数时，that=the one; those = the ones
但是指代不可数名词时只能用that
例如：
i lost my English book this afternoon. I must buy a new one tomorrow.
This book is thicker than the one on the desk (the one=that)
The weather in Guangzhou is hotter than that in Beijing.
