本系统采用PHP嵌入式脚本语言进行开发， smarty页面的模板引擎和采用具有广泛好评度的MySQL作为后台数据库，并使用Apache作为WEB应用服务器，保证了系统的高效率执行，数据的安全性，实时性等。本系统开发时使用MVC设计模式，有效地保证了业务逻辑代码和显示界面的分离。
