当会长这一年，做的最多的就是环保宣教活动，很多会员问过我这样一个问题：以这样的方式宣传环保会有效果吗？其实，在我刚刚开始做环保活动的时候也有过同样的疑问。但是随着经历的丰富，我发现，这样的活动是有效的，它是一种精神的传播，是一种理念的传播。
参加由英国总领事馆文化教育处主办的中英低碳生活行是我收获最大的一次。不但学到了很多东西，更重要的是让我认识了很多值得我学习的人，在他们身上我看到了坚持的力量。记得我刚刚开始做这个活动的时候，不怎么理解活动的意义，觉得这些低碳精囊很多都是很难坚持的，就认为既然大家做不到，我们宣传了也是白宣传，没多大意义，还浪费了更多的资源。但是，在进入我们的志愿单位泡桐树小学西子香荷校区看到他们的垃圾分类处理箱时，我被震惊了，原来真的有人坚持做着这样琐碎而麻烦的事。在我看到他们每个老师桌子上单面打印的纸，得知他们用这些来记一些生活中的琐事，废物再利用时，我惭愧极了。更难得的是，他们不是一个人在坚持着，而是一群人在坚持着，我想这就是一种精神的传播吧。我明白了，原来并不是这些低碳生活指南难坚持，而是你并不相信你能坚持。其实生活中一个小的习惯的改变就是一种低碳的表现，一种力量。
