本篇论文主要研究的是非标准吊具的设计，在特殊的吊装或吊运场合需要使用根据被吊运物品与起重机械特点设计的非标准吊具来连接起重机械与被吊运物品，从而达到平稳吊装、保护被吊物品以及方便安装等目的。

本文中，我主要设计的产品是三角吊板、单吊点一字梁、C型钩以及伸缩梁。并根据客户的实际要求来分析、计算、设计这四样产品。并最终设计出满足客户要求的非标准吊具产品。

This thesis mainly focuses on the design of unorthodox lifting appliance. For special lifting or on lifting occasion, we need unorthodox lifting appliance designed according to the characteristics of goods and cranes to reach the aim of steady, safe and convenient loading.
As there isn't a complete standalized system of design and processing, I could only learn the design skill from the design trainings held by our company's technical department. Through massive design tests and experience accumulated by attending products' design, I finally master the design skill of unorthodox lifting.
In this thesis, I'm going to introduce four products: triangle hanging board, single point lifting, C hook and telescopic girder, which have been analysed, caculated and designed as per the practical needs of customers.
