C 固定短语 have sth done/to be done, have sb do/doing sth,因为时过去时，所以选C
C辞职是“resigned”没有被动式，没有“被辞职一说”。开除用“fire”也可以说被开除“be fired" 因为是现在完成时，所以选C
compare　to 是把什么比作什么，compare with 是两者相比较
