1、D。因为两句之间没有连词，而且两句的逻辑主语都不同，前一句为the city，后一句为the residents.所以这里只能用独立主格结构，又因为the city与take之间是被动关系所以只能用the city being taken.
2、B。这道题考suggest后面只能用that从句或动词ing形式。suggest doing sth.
3、C。固定用法can't be too+adj，表示怎么做都不为过，越。。。越好。
4、D。这题主语分清damage和environment之间的关系是主动还是被动咯。因为是人破坏环境，所以环境是没破坏，要用被动，就只能选is done了咯，一定环境遭到破坏，。。。
5、D。首先___a new transaction would be concluded这一整句是做word的同位语，解释说明说的话是什么。然后再分析，同位语从句本身缺少成分不，这里用when表示什么时候新一轮交易会结束意思比较合适咯。俺个人觉得B也可以的，这题区分度不太明显咯。
