jsp如何从oracle数据库中读取blob类型图片并在table中的一个单元格显示

相应程序如下：
显示界面的showpicture.jsp：

获取数据库中的图片getpicture.jsp

问题：单独运行getpicture.jsp，可以在网页中显示图片，可是用showpicture.jsp调用却不行，这是为什么？如何解决？

何不把getpicture.jsp中的Java代码放在showpicture.jsp中，然后使img的src指向图片路径呢？

showpicture.jsp中代码还有很多，从oracle数据库中读取图片是相对独立的一部分就单独写了一个，并且从数据库中读取blob图片而不是路径，且没下载图片，而是直接输出到网页显示所以没有图片路径
