［摘　要］本文通过揭示企业集团在资金管理中存在的一些问题，探讨其加强资金管理的必要性，说明集团内资金的集中控制和统一管理对于发挥集团财务资源的整合优势、保障资金安全、提高盈利能力等都具有重要意义；同时在实践发展中，跨地区企业集团存在着多种资金管理模式，企业必须立足于自身实际，建立科学合理的资金管理模式。笔者结合自身工作经历，进一步探索财务公司和结算中心这两种资金管理模式的内在规律，旨在为企业集团健全资金管理机制提供有益的借鉴作用。
