关于第一个题目，应该选D 。 listen to, see, watch, hear....等动词接sb. do sth. 结构，要省略不定式符号to
关于第二个题目，我认为你给出的四个答案都不合适，最好填 whose ，因为progress和the science of medicine 是所属关系，当然也可以填of which 但要在progress 前加the
关于第三个题目，应该选B ，be about to do sth....when... 是固定用法，翻译成
刚要做。。。突然。。 上题可以翻译成： 他感到有点失望，刚要离开时，突然发生了一件吸引他注意力的事。

谢谢你的回答，第三题中，be about to do sth.……when……的结构中，be about to do还可以换成其它的表将来的形式吗？比如：be going to这类的，后面加when 还成立吗？

这几种都可以，不过最后一种是表示 正在做。。。突然
其他都表示 刚要做。。。突然
