方舟：您大学未毕业就选择了自动退学，为什么呢？
刘：因为上大学的时候感觉到所学东西与实际应用不大，老师计算机水平普遍偏下，受益于我们一个比较开放的老师，在学完几门基础课程以后，就选择了退学，退学后就承包了一家80多台的网吧，可以说是在这家网吧成就了我大部分的计算算机技术。在学校的感受，也可能成为我当时从陆桥集团高薪的地方出来而到大学当老师的动力。
方舟：你曾经做过大学老师？
刘： 对，可能因为我在大学的时候所见所闻，所以毅然抛弃了高工资，到大学当老师。在大学的时候自己带领部分计算机学生，着重实践，现在已经有部分学生成为了公司的技术部经理。学校所学东西滞后已经成为了不争的事实。通过当大学老师的几年磨练，自己在人生道路上也成长了很多，毕竟大学是一个作风很严谨的地方，为人处事增长了很多，人际关系也有了初步的奠定。（大学没有毕业，能在大学当老师自己也感觉挺有意思的，但是感谢这所学校，他们招聘员工不看重学历，而注重能力）。
方舟：中途退学需要很大的勇气的，你没考虑过没有学历的后果吗?
刘：当时没有考虑到，过了几年以后有些害怕，但是现在回想起来，如果我当时老老实实上完学，老老实实找了工作，可能也不会有现在的技术成就。"破釜沉舟"，把握自己给逼上了梁山，所以能够先成就了自己的技术，奠定了开公司的第一步。
方舟：您什么时候开始创业的呢？
刘：有创业这个念头已经很久了，大概从去年上半年吧，当时从学校辞职出来，开过工作室，外包一些其他软件公司做不完的、没有技术实力做完的项目，后来发现自己的利润太低了（仅够温饱），受到限制地方太多，工作室人员由于都有工作，很难维持发展下去，然后在今年2月多份就开始成立了自己的公司
