在上封信中，我们重申了我们的一般售货条件，即我们通常的付款条件是用保兑的、不可撤销的，以我方为受益人的信用证，凭即期汇票付款，在装运前1个月抵达我处，在规定的装运期后15天内在中国议付有效，并且允许转船和分批装运。

In the last letter,we have reasserted our customary terms of payment that is confirmed,irrvocable Letter of Credit in favor of us payable at sight draft.The covering Letter of Credit must reach our office 1 month before shippment and remind valid for negotiation in China until the 15th day after the aforesaid time of shipment.The Letter of Credit must specify that transshipment and partial shipments are allowed.
