Seller shall provide buyer through negotiating and opening banks the following documents :

F. Beneficiary’s certified copy of fax sent to Buyer within7 (seven) working days from the date of BL advising contract number, name of vessel, loading port & discharge port, goods description, wet and dry weight in metric tons, bill of lading number and date.
WEIGHING:
At the loading port seller at seller’s expenses shall appoint SGS to determine the weight of shipment of Iron ore as ascertained and certified by SGS shall be the basis of seller’s provisional invoice.
SAMPLING AND ANALYSIS:
A. At the loading port seller shall at their expense appoint S.G.S to determine the specification of Iron ore loaded on board the vessel, and shall provide a certificate showing actual chemical composition of cargo loaded and percentage of free moisture loss at 105º C.
B. The Buyers, if felt necessary, would depute their representative or nominate agency at their cost to witness operations at the loading port.
C. Seller shall send a copy of “Certificate of Analysis” issued by S.G.S and a copy of “Certificate of Origin” issued by the any chamber of commerce of india at the loading port by facsimile within seven (7) working days after the B/L date.
