先要她写邮件给客户, 格式内容参照如下:
Dear Customer :
how are you doing? wish you a good day,
thank you very much for your support in the past, for my personal reason,
i will leave **** company for my development, and my colleague( your name)
will replace me to follow everything for you in the future, her email address
is: *****(your email address), kindly feel free to contact her if any future inquiry,
thank you
have a nice day
Best regards
然后你再发邮件给客户,格式内容如下:
Dear Customer:
How are you?
I am ****.I will do the service for your business as Jane's absence.
I have been with our company for about 5years, so i am confidient i can deal everything well for you.
Thanks for your always support!
