Functions description
In the original lathe-bed driving system, the lathe-bed moves by the driving motor at constantly speed, It is impossible to regulate the movement speed because of the way that driven by motor directly.
For the user requirement that the lathe-bed movement can be stepless speed regulated and altered the direction easy, the frequency converter is added in new driving system. After this modification, Following functions are can be done.
1.It is easy to operate the lathe-bed run or stop just by the push buttons in the remote control plate;
2.By the “Fwd/Rev” select knob, can the direction of lathe movement be altered;
3.As unexpected danger happened, can we stop the moving lathe immediately through pushing the “E-Stop” button;
4.Through turning the speed regulation knob, can the lathe-bed be regulated stepless speed.
5.If necessary, we can change the driving system’s operation way that motor will stop normally when “start” button release or until “stop” button was pushed, and this change not need changing wires but set parameters of the converter.
