辣椒是一种茄科辣椒属植物，为一年生草本植物，是我国重要的鲜菜和调味品。但今年随着辣椒大面积的种植，部分地区出现了大面积的病害，严重阻碍了辣椒高产优质的发展。本实验从辣椒中分离纯化内生菌，为辣椒病害的生物防治提供菌种资源。
实验从湖南省长沙市苏家渡蔬菜基地的湘研16号辣椒材料中，经分离纯化得到辣椒内生真菌75份，内生细菌104份。经形态学及生理生化鉴定真菌分别属于串珠霉属、交链孢属、丝核菌属、芽枝霉属、周毛座霉属、粘帚霉属、炭疽菌、黑曲霉、拟黑根霉属、弯孢霉、镰孢霉属、青霉；内生细菌8个属分别为：短杆菌属、芽孢杆菌属、芽孢乳杆菌属、欧文氏菌属、土壤杆菌属、乳杆菌属、分支杆菌属、假单胞菌属。
经内生菌菌落数的统计及组织带菌率的统计，我们可以看出辣椒内生菌在不同种类的辣椒器官出现的频率是不同的。

Chilli belongs to the Solanaceae Capsicum family. It is an annual herb and an important fresh vegetables and condiments in China. But this year, with a large area of chilli planted, some areas have found large areas of diseases which seriously impede on the development of high yield and quality of chilli. This experiment isolated and purified the endophytes from chilli, so as to provide bacteria resources for biological control of chilli diseases.
The experiment took Hunan Research chilli No.16 from the Changsha ‘Su Gia Do’ Vegetable Research base of Hunan, through isolation and purification we got 75 endophytic fungi from chilli, 104 endophytic bacteria. From identification by morphological and physiological processes, the fungi belong respectively to ***…***; 8 endophytic bacteria belonged to : ***…***。
From statistics of endophyte colony number and organization infection rate statistics, we can see that the appearance of chilli’s endophytic bacteria in different types of chilli organ have different frequencies.
