阳极氧化是传统的表面处理技术,是利用电化学方法,在相应的电解液和特定的工艺条件下,以金属或金属合金为阳极,以不锈钢、铁或镍等为阴极,通过外加电流,在金属或金属合金表面产生... 阳极氧化是传统的表面处理技术,是利用电化学方法,在相应的电解液和特定的工艺条件下,以金属或金属合金为阳极,以不锈钢、铁或镍等为阴极,通过外加电流,在金属或金属合金表面产生一层稳定的氧化膜的过程。生成的氧化膜能够提高基体表面的耐蚀性、耐磨性及硬度。在阳极氧化之前,采用机械法或化合物溶液对金属及合金表面的油污和锈迹清除干净。阳极氧化根据电解液的不同可分成不同的种类,主要有硫酸阳极氧化法、草酸阳极氧化法、铬酸阳极氧化法和硬质阳极氧化法等,不同酸性工艺条件下能够得到不同性能的阳极氧化膜。采用自然发色法、电解着色法或染料浸渍色法对阳极氧化膜进行着色。着色后对氧化膜层的微细孔隙予以封闭,经过封闭处理后表面变的均匀无孔,形成致密的氧化膜。

Generated oxidation film can improve the matrix surface corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance and hardness. Before the anodic oxidation, adopting mechanical method or compounds of metal and alloy surface solution clean oil and rust. Anodic oxidation according to the different electrolyte can be divided into different kinds, basically have sulfuric acid anodic oxidation method, oxalic acid, anodic oxidation method, chromium acid anodic oxidation method and hard anodic oxidation method, different acid process conditions can get different property anodic oxidation film. Using natural hair color method, electrochemical coloring or dyes dipping color of anodic oxidation film method of color.
