摘 要
高等学校实验室是进行实验教学、开展科学研究、推动科技发展的重要基地，是学校教学科研工作的重要组成部分，实验室建设与管理水平直接关系到培养人才的质量。随着高校在校学生人数不断增加，实验室规模不断扩大，实验室的管理工作也变得更加困难。在学校实验室里，为减轻实验室管理人员的工作负担，提高工作效率，通过计算机进行辅助管理无疑是一种有效的办法。本系统采用B/S模式，使用JSP技术，在myeclipse平台开发，以Sql Server 2008作为数据库，采用tomcat作为应用服务器，主要实现了学生信息管理、实验信息管理以及网上预约实验等功能。开放性实验管理系统是典型的MIS（Management Information System）。该系统改变了传统的以班为单位的实验教学模式，学生可以根据自己的兴趣和实际情况选修自己感兴趣的实验。这不仅调动了学生的积极性还培养了学生的创造性，而这正式当前实验教学改革的目的所在。使用本系统将提高实验室的管理水平和工作效率以及教学质量，达到了高效，规范管理实验室的目的。

The Design and Implementation of a Web-Based Open Experiment System
Abstract:
A college laboratory is the base where experiment education is performed, scientific studies are conducted, and the development of science and technology is promoted. It is a key component of the school's teaching and research. Its establishment and management (level可有可无) has direct impact on the quality of personnel trainning. With the increasing number of registered college students and the expansion of laboraties, the laboratory management is becomes more and more difficult. It is undoubtly an effective way to use computer-aided management in the laboratories to reduce the burden on managing staff and to improve their work efficience. This system adopts the B/S scheme and JSP techniques. It is developed using myeclipse environment (这句话中文表达有误，myeclipse是一个开发工具开发环境，不是平台，所以我给你改了) with Sql Sever 2008 as the database support. The application sever is Tomcat. This system implemented such functions as Student Information Management, Experiment Information Management, and Online Experiment Appointment. An Open Experimental Management System is a typical MIS (Management Information System). This system changes the traditional model in which experiments are conducted by the class. Students can choose the experiments they are interested in based on their interests and own circumstances. This not only arouse the students' initiatives but also cultivate their creativities, which is exactly the objective of the present experimental educiational reform. Using this system, the laboratory management, work efficiency, and teaching quality can be improved, and the objective of highly effective and standardized lab management is achieved.
