外出旅游的优点：可以去游览名胜，欣赏美景的同时还能增长知识
外出旅游的缺点：会花费一大笔钱，而且长时间的旅游也会让人感觉很累。

Some students think they will stay at home to spend their summer holiday because they can read books, watch TV, play computer games and so on. They can spend less money and save lots of money. But it will lose the chance to know about the outside world. Some students like to go to visit interest places . They can enjoy the beauttiful scenery and get more knowledge. It will take them lot of money and they will feel tired after a long tour. I think I will spend most of my time staying at home and then take a short trip.
