介词短语后还能接不定式？？原句是The Internet has brought benefits in terms of access to knowledge and communication.以为很多这种用法..

这是两个短语， in terms of 就。。。。。。而言， 从......来看，
access to进入，接触， 获得，通道

我知道啊 但是一般介词短语后不是跟动名词或名词吗。为什么会有两个不定式连用

access在此是名词啊！，后边的to是介词，不是不定式

也就是说 access to 的access既可以做名词也可以做动词？
