本文以西北民族大学榆中校区周围旱地土壤为研究对象,采用稀释涂布平板法技术, 研究裸地条件下不同施肥措施下土壤微生物量的动态变化,探讨了不同施肥措施对土壤的微生物数量的变化,从而了解土壤微生物在土壤中的分布,以便更好的了解其对各种作物产量带来的影响,以此为土壤的合理利用和作物的科学施肥提供参考依据。结果表明,不同作物土壤根际微生物(rhizosphere microbe)主要以细菌为主,放线菌次之,真菌居第三。同时不同施肥处理对微生物影响效果不同,在裸地条件下,所有施肥处理的土壤微生物总数与空白比较都显著增加,其中氮磷钾化肥配施微生物生物量最大,增幅最高,其次是化肥氮磷配施,有机肥配施氮化肥,再次是有机肥区,单施化肥氮区,最低是无施肥区。

This paper YuZhong campus in northwestern national university upland soils around as the research target, the dilution coated tablet technique, research LuoDe under different fertilizer measures under the condition of soil microorganism quantity, discusses the dynamic changes of different fertilizer measures of soil microorganism quantity change, in order to get to know the distribution of soil microbes in the soil, in order to better understand the effects of various crop yields, which for rational utilization of soil and crop scientific fertilization to provide the reference. The results showed that different crops rhizosphere microorganisms (rhizosphere soil microbe) mainly by bacteria, fungi, actinomyces mainly followed in third. At the same time different microbial fertilizer treatment on different effects in LuoDe conditions, all the fertilizer treatment compared with blank soil microbial total significant increases with NPK fertilizers, which was the largest, microbial biomass growth was the highest, with nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer fertilizer, organic fertilizer with nitrogen fertilizer, once again, is organic fertilizer area, the chemical fertilizer n area, the minimum is without fertilization area.
