内容摘要：本文从舞蹈学的角度出发，对古典舞身韵中“提沉”的实用价值进行研究。引言部分主要是对舞蹈在现实生活中的实用性进行描述，并引出古典舞身韵中“提沉”的实用价值的研究。正文的表述逻辑从古典舞“身韵”的特征，正确运用提、沉、冲、靠等元素到“提沉”在舞蹈中的实用价值，分为三个部分展开：首先，是对古典舞“身韵”的具体特征进行描述。其次，从提、沉、冲、靠等元素在舞蹈中的具体运用研究古典舞身韵的价值。再次，结合具体实例说明古典舞身韵中“提沉”的实用价值。最后为基本结论，即对正文中已表明的重要观点进行较为系统的说明。
